Maybe this is what the Germans woulda come up with had the regime lasted thru the 50's??? The reciever kinda looks a bit MG-42ish! A pleasure to look at!

Hmm... to me this looks like a combination of a Thompson SMG and a BAR. what is this guns rate of fire, because i can see this being maybe around 600 rounds a min because even with the cooling ribs this thing seems as if it could be prone to overheating its barrel and destroying its rifling, of course most machine guns are not continuously shooting bullets out for more than a minute at a time without some sort of break in the action.

But other than that this gun seems very practical i love the addition of a muzzle flash suppressor/ hider.

But would it not be better to use 5.56x45mmNATO as that is a very common ammunition found in most modern firearms. Meaning that a box magazine could be interchangeable with other soldiers ammunition making it somewhat more reliable?

I'm not saying its a bad design, it just seems a bit impractical to not use a more common round

Thank for the comment ^-^ Nice job

Though I sould start putting a year on when I should be used Not all the time I go for Moder weapons
This ones really a predacesor of the SNG 85 I added few days ago

I actually a MG42 + A Type 92 + BAR + M60
Would be used from 1950s - 1970s
Even though the Box/Belt idea wasnt around until now
.223 / 5.56 wasnt around and I stuck to the 7.62x51 NATO to keep similarities with the M60
LMG Caliber choice of the time :3

wait wait wait you said in the description that it was
7.63x39mm NATO not 7.62x51 NATO

Am i going insane or was i mistaken
well whatever

you honestly remind me of a close friend by the name of Bill Mickeny the man lives off guns only person i know who can fit 52 guns in a twelve gun safe(this is just shotguns and rifles mind you, his hand guns are just spread about his house in different locations).
