they already have a LMG / Support weapon.

RPK
is a AK with a long barrel for the role.
7.62 or 5.45

the Kalashnikov system has all weapon categories covered already.
Other then a 50cal Iv seen a version in all.

You're welcome! ;)

I personally think it looks more like the Galil then the AK-47. Is that little lever next to the trigger the mag release?

Yeah but were more educated on designs.
ANY THING thats a 3 piece wood set Excluding the Thompson, Is automatically consider a AK47
give the galil a brown grip and wood guards and stock Its a AK XC

Yeah thats the Mag release.
What you cant tell is
Its a MG42 (top receiver)
SMLE (Mag release)
SVD pattern weapon.
:D

Didn't even remember adding that release, Is whats on my SMLE rifle, Is really impressive the weapon when you consider its time it was made.
about 1900 when other infantry rifles were 4-5 round weapons Exceeding 36"
This thing was Much shorter ,And had a Double stack mag holding 10 rounds, Detachable on top of that.
Thats far ahead of every one, The British have made some great guns. Even the EM2 was years ahead of its time.

Well, I guess anything with a 3-piece wood set could be considered that, but what about an m4 with a 3-piece wood set? Actually, that gave me an idea, but sadly I'm not sure if I can color it. ><

Nice, that's a really good blend of those weapons.

Yeah, the British make good weapons.

M4?
Haven't seen wood furniture for a M4 Yet
And Im always surrounded by gun related things.

M16 & AR15 Yes because those are older folks who prefer wood & use so for hunting Were the M4 Carbine would not make sense.

Yeah Sure wish I could get a Bren, But not for now. So only SMLEs
Going to see if I can make a MG42 pattern Bolt action rifle, That sounds good.
Keeping with the eras designs and style.
Maybe trow some SMLE in there.
or Just go with the GWER to keep it all German.

I haven't seen an M4 with wood furniture, but my idea was to make one with it.

Is just the same as the M16 with such.
only the hand guard is half in size,
And maybe youl have to settle for a fixed shorty stock to keep it down in size.
