I got a less common program, Its intentionally for Animation But I like to use it instead of PS Because its less complex.
More user friendly when you get a hang of it.
Spent some time as a animator and received a copy*

Called TV Paint.
Is Essentially a super version of MS Pint with tons more useful tools.
All done with a Mouse BTW, Everything, Haven't had the chance to buy a Stylist pad.

Not sure, I obtained mine through kicking everyones ass in a animation contest a few years back. :meow:
The previous version cost a bit, I wouldn't be surprized if this did to.

Thanks for the Favs :meow:

Is one of my Fav weapons as well. Its 8mm (7.92x57) caliber makes it deadly to almost all body armor.
As well as the round being powerful its very inexpensive to shoot.

I havent looked up any reviews on the weapon in 8mm But I heard bad about its .308Win converted varient & that this converted version was prone to jamming with its less powerful round.

So If you ever plan on buying one Get the 8mm original :meow:

A little trivia for you :) What is the brass cylinder on the stock used for?

Havnt done much reserch on the FN 49.
Was interested in getting one for the 8mm power But voted to aim for a MG42 insted.

So Im just going to apply what ever I alredy know and assum conclusions.
At first I had no reason to think it had a purpose But If your mentioning it It must.

Only conclussion is its a pin to to transfer engergy from the recoil to the stock.
As seen in a few of my weapons BUT even then its not in the correct place being in the stock.

So no clue boss, Care to share the knowledge :meow:
And dont say somthing silly like is weapon lable saying serial # & maker Ect XC

ROFL, I wasn't gonna say something ridiculous like that :P Most people have no idea what those are for, even on Mausers. It's used to take down the bolt-sleeve and separate the firing pin, firing pin spring, and cocking piece. In order to do this, you have to insert the front end of the firing pin into the hole of that brass ring. The you have to firmly press down the bolt-sleeve around the firing pin until the locking lugs around it can be rotated free of the cocking piece. Once this is down, you can release the bolt-sleeve carefully, and you just disassembled the bolt :)

Dissassembling the bolt XC
Well thats a handy feature Il consider that Befor I saw off any rifles XD
Well Id have no experience with that. Only bolt actions I have is the SMLE Enfield , Mosin Nagant and a JC Higgens. Or atleast not that I know of - Which dont have that feature And for the most part I could disassemble all 3 bolts with bare hands XC

was thinking a secondary capartment for parts but that wasnt it :meow:

Il take your word for it and check it out when I get a Mauser

never seen one with a scope before
always seemed to me like this one was in a lot of ways similar to the SKS. it was a stop gap to a more conventional assault rifle (SKS gave way to the Ak-47, this gave way to the FN FAL)

Um the SKS and the AK-47 are not related in any way other then both Gas ,7.62x39mm , and made in USSR

the SKS was a competing design to the AK , Only reason there are SKS in existence was the AK-47 needed a little bit more time to perfect In which the SKS filled any needs for a weapon Only to become obsolete when the AK was finished

I know they look the same a lot and even parts look the same But thats because of USSR influence in there designs

:meow:
Haven seen any with scopes yet But im sure there out there.

yeah i know. i'm refering to the "stand in" aspect of it. the SKS was replaced by the AK-47. and the FN 49 was replaced by the FN FAL. guess i should've said similar histories

Maybe, SKS was made after the AK 47, It only got as far as it did Because the AK47 was such a radical design they didnt trust it Was the contender with the AK until we all know who Won

Basically how it went
USSR: We need lots or rifle now.
SKS: Heres X number of SKS rifles
AK-47: Um . . . We just have the proto type Give us a few months and well meet your demands
Several months later 15Mil SKS later
AK-47: Hears your rifles and any more you could possible need
USSR: Holy COW THESE KICK ASS MUCH MORE THEN THE SKS WTF SWITH OVER TO AK47 RIGHT AWAY EVERYONE
SKS: :noes:
USSR: SKS we dont need you any more Go find a new costumer
AK-47: PARTY!
USSR: :la:
AK-47: :la:
SKS : :(

AND THATS HOW IT WENT kind of :meow:

the only SKS i've shot i didnt really care for to much. probably since it was a chinese one XD

LOL XD

Yeah Iv seen some real ugly looking clones out there
The worst Iv seen are ones idiots buy SKS And then add all this crap to make it look like a AK-47

Humm . . . call me crazy But why dont they just buy a dam AK 47 instead there only a few hundred more >:3

SKS $300 - AK47 $450-$550

Id say a K98 + M1 Garand

Is a actual weapon though, It eventually became the FN FAL
